Shaanxi Province is advantageous in the development of the aviation cultural industry .The com‐plete aviation industrial chain ,together with the encouragement and supports of national policies ,brings a‐bout the unprecedented opportunities for the development of the aviation cultural industry .Shaanxi Prov‐ince should combine the profound history and culture with the rapidly developing general aviation ,combine the rich cultural experience with the diversified aviation sciences ,and combine the abundant cultural educa‐tion with the knowledge‐intensive aviation industry so as to sort out the basic route for the co‐existence of cultural element and aviation element ,find out the conjunction point of the cultural industry and aviation industry ,and explore the direction and route of the development of Shaanxi aviation cultural industry .%陕西发展航空文化产业具有产业竞争力因素中涉及的诸多有利条件，完整的航空产业链加上国家政策的鼓励和支持，为航空文化产业带来难得的发展机遇。陕西应将厚重的历史文化与快速发展的通用航空相结合，将丰富多彩的人文体验与变化多样的航空科普相结合，将知识密集的航空产业与内涵丰富的文化教育相结合，才能梳理出文化元素与航空元素融合共生的基本纹理，寻找到文化产业与航空产业融合贯通的契合点，探索出陕西航空文化产业发展的方向和路径。
