武陵山片区可持续发展的路径探析——以湖南省7个市州的37个重点县为例

湖南属中部内陆省份，土地面积中山区所占比例达一半以上。近年来，在国家扶贫政策的支持下，湖南武陵山片区经济有了长足的进步，但可持续发展形势依然严峻。因此，抓住国家设立武陵山片区区域发展与扶贫攻坚试点以及实施中部崛起计划的大好时机，走“内生发展为根本，外助带动为保障”的共生型内外一体化发展道路，实现武陵山片区“脱贫”和“可持续发展”，显得尤为迫切和重要。%Hunan is a central inland province in China and half of its land area is in mountainous area. In recent years, with the support of the national anti-poverty policies, economy of Wuling Range A：rea has made a great stride. However, there are still many problems for its sustainable development. Now, the state makes Wuling Range Area Re- gional Development Plan and Rise of Central China Plan. We should seize this golden opportunity and choose the de- velopment road of ＂combining internal development with external aid＂ to guarantee its sustainable development.
