地方人大会议筹备工作制度初探

Preparation work is very important for people’s congress and involves many aspects. It determines if people’s congress can be held on schedule. It should be done in strict accordance with relevant laws and rules. In order to make it standard, systematic and scientific, we should fix the unit responsible for preparation work and its duty, the contents, important points, basic procedures, and principle of the congress, and strengthen legal and procedural consciousness.%会议筹备工作，是人民代表大会会议举行前的一项重要工作，涉及到方方面面的内容，工作量大，任务繁重。会议筹备工作的好坏，直接影响人民代表大会会议能否按期举行。会议筹备工作，要严格遵照有关法律法规进行，明确会议筹备工作的机构及其任务、主要内容及其重点、基本程序及其原则，不断增强法律意识和程序意识，提高人民代表大会会议筹备工作的规范化、制度化和科学化水平。
