精益建造体系下人的不安全行为改进分析

摘要

不安全行为是指曾经引起过事故或可能引起事故的人的行为，它是造成事故的直接原因。建设领域中预防施工过程安全事故的发生，关键在于改进人的不安全行为，具体地说，可以从人的安全化、管理的安全化和环境的安全化三个方面着手。在建设领域，要实现建设安全的目标，精益建造体系下的相关理论对于改进人的不安全行为具有积极的作用。%People’s unsafe conduct refers to the conduct which once led to or may cause accidents. It is the direct cause to those accidents. Improving people’s unsafe conduct is crucial to the prevention of accidents during constructions, which can be carried out in three aspects of human safety, management safety and environmental safety. In order to realize the goal of safety in construction field, some relative theories on the system of lean construction have positive effects on improving people’s unsafe conduct.
