基于LabVIEW的旋转机械阶比分析

摘要

阐述了FFT分析与阶比分析的基本理论,得出了阶比分析在旋转机械特征值获取中的优势;详细论述了基于LabVIEW语言实现阶比分析的编程方式,并插值获得转速信号,以获取等角度采样振动信号;实验验证了阶比分析的可行性和准确性.%The basic theory of FFT analysis and the order analysis were introduced. The superiority of the order analysis was investigated in obtaining the characteristic value of rotating machinery. Based on LabVIEW,the way of programming was explained in detail to implement the order analysis;and the rotating speed signal was gained by interpolation in order to obtain the angle sampling vibration signal. The feasibility and accuracy of the order analysis were verified by experiments.
