基于ACE的中厚板轧机二级控制系统改造

     

摘要

通过对引进的西门子公司中厚板轧机二级控制系统进行分析,并结合国内中厚板生产的自动化控制需求,对实验室原有轧机二级控制系统进行改造,开发出基于ACE中间件的多进程轧机二级控制系统.该系统包含多个进程,进程之间相对独立,系统具有更好的稳定性和可伸缩性.使用自适配通信环境ACE实现进程及线程间的通信,大大降低了系统开发难度,缩短了开发周期.测试结果表明,该系统的运行稳定性、响应速度以及计算精度等指标均满足实际生产控制要求.%Based on the research of the classic level 2 (L2) control system of imported plate mills, the L2 system in the laboratory was upgraded with a newly-developed ACE-based (adaptive communication environment-based) L2 system. This new system adopts multi-process architecture, and takes account of the automation control needs of domestic plate production line. Each process of the system is relatively independent, so the system has better stability and flexibility. ACE is used to realize inter-process or inter-thread communication, which greatly diminishes the difficulty of development and shortens the development time. Long time test shows that this L2 system runs steadily, whose performance indexes meet the online control requirements for responsiveness, calculation accuracy, etc.
