低聚丙烯酸钠的合成及其在防沾色中的应用

     

摘要

In this experiment, aqueous solution polymerization was used to synthesize low molecular polyacrylic acid sodium with ammonium persulfate as the initiator and isopropyl alcohol as the train transfer agent. Then through the single factor experiment, the principal influence factors in the polymerization were studied. Further, the product was applied in the process of stain-preventing. The experimental results showed that increasing the amount of initiator and train transfer agent and raising the reaction temperature are favorable to reduce the molecular weight polyacrylic acid sodium. However, extending the reaction time is an effective way of increasing its molecule weight. At last, low molecular PAAS displays excellent properties of stain-preventing.%本实验以过硫酸铵为引发剂,异丙醇为转移剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成低分子量聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS),通过单因素实验对影响聚合反应的因素进行研究,并将合成得到的产物应用到防沾色过程中。实验结果表明,聚合反应中,引发剂和链转移剂用量的增加及反应温度的提高会降低聚丙烯酸钠的相对分子质量,而反应时间的延长会使其相对分子质量升高。同时PAAS具有较好的防沾色效果。
