高密度特克斯簇尼克剪线花边生产工艺探究

Lace knitted on high density Textronic lace Machine十 nowadays always popular among consumers because of its good appearance, fine smoothness, lightness and soft feeling. The paper introduces its knitting and trimming principle respectively. Then it illustrates the technological design skills and methods, such as cutting process design, cutting line length control and the level of the guide bar distribution, the use of explosion-proof line, how to avoid the drop needle, etc. The results made in this paper is helpful to improve the research and production of this kind of lace.%目前，在TL71/1/36机器上生产的高密度特克斯簇尼克剪线花边，由于花型美观细腻、手感柔软，得到了市场的好评，深受女性消费者的青睐。本文分别介绍高密度特克斯簇尼克剪线花边的编织原理和剪线原理，并从剪线花边的特点入手，阐述其工艺设计的技巧和方法，包括剪线处的工艺设计、剪线长度的要求、剪线梳节层次的分配、防爆线的使用、如何避免漏针等。以期对高密度特克斯簇尼克剪线花边的研发与生产提供一定参考。
