摘要

This paper puts forward a new thought of passive filter design, namely the overall optimal choice of the filtering effect of passive filter, reactive power compensation capacity and costs.It uses genetic algorithm based on adjustment of fitness function parameter value to make the group evlove to best coordinate point of three fargets.The use of MATLAB simulation experiments proves the effectiveness of design.%通过分析搅拌车用橡胶球阀零件及其成型模腔结构，对其上下模腔工作部分进行了设计，并详细介绍了用MasterCAM软件实现其上下模腔分型构建的具体方法。
