旋风式HCl-C2H2混和器的内部流场分析

         

摘要

针对葛化PVC(聚氯乙烯)生产线上的重要化工设备混合器在使用时,使氯化氢和电石气在进入反应设备前必须经过充分的混合达到1∶1.05~1∶1.10的混合比例,通用的旋风式混合器内套管上的排孔距离较难把握的问题,采用有限元分析软件对旋风式混合器作出具体分析,得到了夹层内速度矢量和整体应力的分布规律,确定了最佳开孔位置,优化了旋风式混合器的内部结构.%The mixer was the significant chemical equipment in the production line of PVC of Wuhan Gehua Group Co. Hydrogen chloride and ethyne should be completely mixed to the ratio of 1 to 1. 05- 1. 10. But it was difficult to hold the distance between pitches of holes in pattern the casing of common Whirlwind mixer. The CAE software was used to analyze the Whirlwind mixer specifically. The regularities of distribution of velocity vector and the overall stress were obtained. Therefore, the optimal place of the holes was confirmed and the interior structure was optimized.
