触摸屏及组态技术在自动化生产线监控系统中的应用

摘要

文中介绍了触摸屏与自动化生产线核心控制器PLC的硬件连接方法，给出了基于MCGS组态技术的自动化生产线监控系统的设计。该系统能实时采集生产线的工作状态，并能对其运行进行控制。%T his paper introduced the method of connecting touch screen to the PLC w hich is the core controller of the automatic production line ,and described the designing of monito‐ring system for automatic production line based on MCGS .The monitoring system can col‐lect its work status in the real time ,and control its running process .
