体育产业供给侧结构性改革:学理逻辑、发展现实与推进思路

In this paper, the nature, theoretical logic, value, reality and promotion of sports industry supply-side structural reform were analyzed.Studies suggested that sports industry supply-side reform oriented at the supply side.The market played a decisive role in the distribution of sports resources, solving the structural problems in the sports industry through reform and innovation.The purpose of sports industry supply-side reform was to increase the effective supply of the sports industry and reduce the ineffective supply, and to promote healthy and sustainable sports industry.The supply efficiency of sports services and products was still not high and the supply was difficult to meet the growing consumption needs.National macroeconomic policies, sports industry development, economic restructuring and upgrading needed supply side reform with innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing.%运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,研究体育产业供给侧结构性改革的本质内涵、学理逻辑、发展现实与推进思路,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值.体育产业供给侧改革的实质是从供给端出发,充分发挥市场在配置体育资源中的决定性作用,通过改革和创新的方式来解决体育产业的结构性问题.体育产业供给侧改革的目的是增加体育产业的有效供给和减少无效供给,促进体育产业健康与可持续发展.体育服务和产品的供给效率不高和供给不足,难以满足社会公众日益增长的多元化体育消费需求,这是体育产业供给侧改革的逻辑起点.国家宏观经济政策的时代背景、体育产业发展现状的内在诉求、体育产业推动经济转型升级的时代使命,成为体育产业供给侧改革的发展现实.要以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展新理念为行动指南,推进体育产业供给侧改革.
