切梢小蠹伴生菌分离培养及其种类研究

         

摘要

In order to study species variety of fungi associated with Tomicus, Tomicus adults in infected tunnels and blue stain tissues were collected from 10 sites, and MEA medium was used for isolating and purifying the fun-gi.The results showed that the form of the fungi's fruiting bodies and colonies were different, and they were iden-tified as two genuses, Leptogramphium and Ophiostoma.In terms of insect species, most fungi associated with Tomicus yunnanensis, T.minor and T.brevipilosus were Ophiostoma spp., and most fungi associated with and T.armandii were Leptogramphium spp..In terms of host plant, most fungi in Pinus yunnanensis and P.kesiya var.langbianensis were Ophiostoma spp., and most fungi in P.armandii were Leptogramphium spp..This study could provide basic information for revealing the damage mechanism of Tomicus.%为了探究切梢小蠹伴生菌的种类, 在10 个不同的地点采集树干内的切梢小蠹成虫及其坑道蓝变组织样品, 采用MEA培养基对伴生菌进行分离、 纯化和形态学鉴定. 结果表明, 切梢小蠹的伴生菌子实体和菌落形态各异, 分属Ophiostoma 和 Leptogramphium. 虫种上, 云南切梢小蠹、 横坑切梢小蠹和松芽小蠹的伴生菌多为Ophiostoma spp., 而华山松切梢小蠹伴生菌多为Leptogramphium spp.; 寄主上, 云南松和思茅松上的切梢小蠹伴生菌多为Ophiostoma spp.; 而华山松上的小蠹虫伴生菌为Leptogramphium spp.. 研究结果为揭示切梢小蠹的危害机理提供了基础信息.
