4种野生地被植物的耐热性试验

         

摘要

为了解野生地被植物的耐热性,以东方草莓、野罂粟、蓝花棘豆和剪秋罗的盆栽苗为试材,通过在人工气候箱内进行高温胁迫(温度为25℃,30℃,35℃,40℃,45℃)处理,测定不同程度高温胁迫下4种地被植株的叶片的电导率、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白质等3个生理指标,并进行了综合评价,以比较4种地被植物的耐热程度。结果表明,在高温胁迫下,4种地被植物的叶片的质膜透性和MDA含量均呈现上升的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量则出现先上升后下降的趋势。综合比较得出,4种地被植物的耐热性排序为:蓝花棘豆>东方草莓>剪秋罗>野罂粟。%To explore the heat tolerance of wild ground cover plants, we conducted an experiment on seedlings of Fragaria orientalis, Papaver nudicaule, Oxytropis coerulea and Lychnis fulgens.In the experiment, the seedlings were pot planted in a controlled climatic chamber and placed under different levels of heat stress ( 25℃, 30℃ , 35℃, and 40℃) .The variations between three physiological indices of leaf conductivity , MDA, and soluble pro-tein were measured under different temperatures and evaluated based on their heat tolerance.The results showed that under high temperature stress, leaf membrane permeability and MDA content of all four plants showed a rising trend; while the soluble protein content of 4 plants rose at first and then decreased .The heat tolerance of the four wild ground cover plants was ranked after this comprehensive comparison ( from high to low): Oxytropis coerulea>Fragaria orientalis>Lychnis fulgens>Papaver nudicaule.
