针叶材微纳米木粉制备方法的研究

         

摘要

在微纳米木粉的试验制备过程中以落叶松锯屑为加工原料,以预期加工的微纳米木粉颗粒粒径为试验加工目的,将试验设备中的磨盘砥石作为加工的核心部件,对木材强韧性纤维类材料施加强剪切力和研磨力,以保证微纳米木粉的成功制备。采用“平衡轨道”模型对制备的微纳米木粉进行分离,并对不同粒径的木粉利用CFD原理进行两相流流体场内的分离模拟,以保证在实践加工中不同粒径的木粉能够顺利地进行分离分级。最后,将分离收集到的不同粒径的木粉样品进行物理性质的研究。试验结果表明,本试验的微纳米木粉制备系统能够分离出预期的木粉粒径,且随着木粉粒径的不断减小,木粉的颜色、密度、团聚性和附着性都将随之增加。%In the test production of the micro nano wood powder , larch sawdust was used as raw material for pro-ducing micro nano wood powder particles of desired sizes .To ensure such micro nano wood powder was produced as desired , grinding whetstone was used as the primary tool to take advantage of the strong shear force and grinding force acting on the obdurability fiber material .Once the desired micro nano wood powder was produced , it was sep-arated with the ‘equilibrium orbit ’ model, and a separation simulation process was conducted by taking advantage of the CFD principle in the two-phase fluid field for different sizes of wood particles to ensure wood powder in differ-ent particle sizes can be successfully separated and graded .A study on the physical properties of the sampled wood powder in different particle sizes produced from the processing was conducted .The test results showed that the wood powder color , density , aggregation and adhesion will increase as the wood powder particle size decreases .
