为了探究外源乙烯对西伯利亚百合小鳞茎萌发的影响和对其内源激素含量的调节,分别用0、0.5mmol/L、3.0mmol/L、5.0mmol/L、10.0mmol/L乙烯(ETH)及0.5mmol/L乙烯受体抑制剂(STS)处理百合小鳞茎,种植30d后统计测定其萌发指标及内源激素含量.结果表明,5.0mmol/L乙烯处理的西伯利亚百合小鳞茎发芽率最高,平均芽长、 根长最长,平均球重最大.在小鳞茎发芽过程中外源乙烯对内源激素存在调节作用,ABA的含量呈降低趋势,而GA和IAA的含量不断升高,且显著高于对照.%This study was intends to study on the exogenous Ethylene on germination effects and the regulation en-dogenous hormone contents of Lilium oriental 'Siberia' bulbs, by 0, 0.5mmol/L, 3.0mmol/L, 5.0mmol/L and 10.0mmol/L Ethylene and no Ethylene in the treatment of small bulb of lily, planting after 30 days of statisti-cal measurement.The results showed that 5.0mmol/L ETH have a great influence on the ball weight and root length of Lilium oriental 'Siberia' Bulbs, germination rate was the highest in treatment group.treatment of Lily Bulbs germination rate of high, average weight high average root length; in bulbs sprouted the ABA content showed a decreasing trend, Effect on endogenous hormone and the GA and IAA content increased, and significant-ly higher than that control group in Bulbs sprouted.
