我国民间资本参与城市基础设施建设的模式分析

Playing the role of main investor as well as risk bearer and providing fund for the project, private capital is a valuable resource for urban infrastructure construction. According to the experience home and abroad, patterns of private capital's participation in infrastructure construction are varied and each pattern has both advantages as well as disadvantages. It is necessary to maximize the benefit of private capital by carefully choosing the pattern of its participation in infrastructure construction according to factors like project characteristics, service object, degree of risk and operation difficulty degree.%民间资本是城市基础设施建设的风险承担者和投资主体，它为基础设施项目提供资金，是城市基础设施建设的宝贵资源。从国内外的经验来看，民间资本参与基础设施建设的方式多种多样，每种方式都有利有弊，我们应该根据项目性质、服务对象、风险程度、操作难易等进行慎重选择，充分发挥民间资本的最大效益。
