采煤塌陷区复垦建设用地质量控制标准初步研究

摘要

This paper conducts preliminary research on coal mining subsidence ,residual subsidence mechanism ,ground steady heavy ,additional load ,on the basis of quality control standard of land reclamation ,combine with engineering practice ,establishes a index system of quality control on mine land reclamation from macroscopic to microcosmic ,further proposes quality control standard of the reclamation construction landing in coal mining subsidence area .This standard have complete index types ,explicit basic indicators and control standard elements ,it can be seen as a reference frame on reclamation design ,project establishment , project construction ,project acceptance ,project supervision when the reclamation direction in coal mining subsidence area is construction land .%依据《土地复垦质量控制标准》，结合工程实践，对采煤塌陷、残余沉降机理，地面稳沉、附加荷载等进行了研究，初步建立了一套从“宏观”到“微观”的采煤塌陷区复垦建设用地质量控制标准。该标准指标类型较全，基本指标和控制标准要素明确，可以作为采煤塌陷区复垦方向为建设用地时的复垦设计、方案编制、工程施工、工程验收、项目监管的参考依据。
