河南省农村文化发展中存在的主要问题与对策--以河南省南阳市农村文化发展为例

摘要

南阳是一个人口超千万的农业大市，农业、农村、农民问题突出。近年来，随着全市经济持续快速健康发展，南阳市委市政府适时提出“文化强市”发展战略，并把这一发展战略延伸到整个农村地区。南阳市呈现出城乡文化百舸争流、竞相发展的良好局面。但毋庸讳言的是，南阳农村文化发展仍存在公共文化服务体系不健全，文化产业发展滞后等众多问题，深入分析南阳市农村文化发展的现状，找出存在问题并提出相关建议与对策，对于河南省进一步推进农村文化体制改革和促进农村文化大发展大繁荣具有重要的意义。%Being a large city with a population of over 10 million, problems of agriculture , rural areas , peasants have been prominent.With the sustained and rapid development of the city ’s economy in recent years, government of Nanyang timely put for-ward development strategy of “cultural city”, and the development strategy that extends to the whole rural area. Cultural Develop-ment is showing a good situation in urban and rural .But needless to say , there still exists imperfect of the public cultural service sys-tem and lags in the development of cultural industry of Nanyang .The paper analyzes the present situation of rural culture develop-ment in Nanyang , finds out the existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures , which has the impor-tant reference to further promote the reform of the rural cultural system and promote the big development and prosperity of rural cul -tural in He’nan Province.
