This paper through analysis of the factor causing the motor energy loss, the measures and the control strategy were introduced, including the loss model controller, search controller and hybrid control strategies.%通过分析导致电动机损耗产生的因素，简述了电动机结构优化降耗措施以及变频调速控制节能优化的策略，包括基于电动机损耗模型和基于输入功率检测的最小损耗控制策略。
