粤东海域某电厂配套码头工程总平面布置思路及其方案优化

     

摘要

Considering the complicated port construction condition in eastern Guangdong coastal area, with rough waves, shallow buried rock, and massive island reefs, the general layout plans including start scheme and front line plan were studied for comparison based on the analysis of wave, current, sediment, and geological condi-tions according to the design criteria of coal terminals, breakwaters, and water area for the power plant.The break-waters plan was optimized according to the design operational days, berthing wave heights, and intake & outlet of power plant and the final optimized general layout plan which is compatible with operation of power plant, and a-dapted to the local conditions was proposed based on the geological investigation, ship maneuvering simulation, and water area navigation assessment.%针对粤东海域风浪较大、岩石埋深浅、岛礁多等复杂建港条件,结合电厂建设对配套码头工程、防波堤和水域的设计要求,通过对波浪、海流、泥沙及工程地质等建设条件进行分析,进行了码头起步方案、码头前沿线位置及平面布置型式的比选,并结合作业天数、停泊波高及取排水要求优化防波堤布置,通过勘察、船舶操纵仿真及通航结论论证水域布置,最终提出适宜电厂使用要求、与当地条件相适应的总平面布置方案.
