脚手架在搭设、使用与拆除过程中存在较多的作业危险因素,很容易发生倒塌事故。本文应用ANSYS软件对双排式扣件式钢管脚手架进行三维实体建模,并分析了连墙件、连续立杆和碗扣刚度等构造因素对扣件式钢管脚手架整体稳定承载力的影响,为进一步改善扣件式钢管脚手架的整体稳定性承载力,进而避免脚手架倒塌提供理论依据。%There are different hazard factors to result in scaffold collapse during using. Here, the double-row steel tubular scaffold with couplers is studied by using the method of three-dimensional modeling for solid structures based'on ANSYS software, and the influence of the structural factors on the overall steady-state load-bearing capacity of the steel tubular scaffold with couplers is analyzed, such as the wall connecting fasteners, continuous standards and the node stiffness, which could offer the theory evidence to improve the overall steady-state load-bearing capacity of the steel tubular scaffold and avoid scaffold collapsing.
