实验模型和有限元模型的混合建模方法

     

摘要

给出了更容易由实验测量的基于剩余动柔度的剩余惯性释放附着模态的定义式,通过部分忽略高阶截断模态的动态效应,给出了剩余质量和剩余刚度的近似表达式,简化了子结构的实验建模过程.提出了基于自由界面模态综合法的实验模型和有限元分析模型的混合建模方法.数值计算表明,基于剩余动柔度的剩余惯性释放附着模态更容易通过实验获得,而对剩余质量和剩余刚度的近似处理并不影响模态综合的精度.%Based on residual dynamic flexibility, a new definition of the inertia relief attachment mode was pro- posed. The approximated representations of residual mass and residual stiffness were deduced by partly ignoring the dy- namic effects of the truncated modes. A free-interface component mode synthesis method was used to set up the dynamic model of a full structure by coupling the experimental model of component A and the finite element model of component B. Finally, numerical examples demonstrated the validity and efficiency of the proposed method. Furthermore, the results in- dicated that the influence of the residual mass and residual stiffness on the accuracy of the final results could be neglected.
