刚柔耦合多体系统的冲击响应分析方法及应用研究

     

摘要

利用多体系统传递矩阵法建立了刚柔耦合多体系统的动力学模型,并且将冲量模型和碰撞接触模型与多体系统传递矩阵法结合,提出了基于传递矩阵法的刚柔耦合多体系统的冲击响应分析方法.根据柯西方程推导出系统中的柔性梁在冲击载荷作用下的冲击应力分布公式.以某型汽车起重机为例分析了在起吊过程中的冲击载荷特点,计算了该刚柔耦合多体系统的冲击响应及柔性梁的冲击应力分布规律,并与试验结果对比,证实了该方法的正确性.%The dynamical model of a multi-rigid-flexible system was established by making use of the transfer matrix method, with which moreover, both impulse model and contacting impact model were integrated to develop an approach for analysing the impact response of the multi-rigid-flexible system. The impact stress distribution in a fexilble beam under impact load was also analysed by using Cauchy's formulae. The characteristics of impact load on a crane under the condition of freight lifting was inspected. The calculation results of both the impact response of the multi-rigid-flexible system and the impact stress in the flexible beam accord well with the testing results, which proves that the approach developed is effective.
