A nonlinear coupling dynamics model including the product item and the critical component of simply supported beam type was established. The model was solved by using difference method. Numerical example shows the change of acceleration with the change of length of critical component is notable, and the stress at the center of the component is maximum. Whether the stress at the midpoint surpasses the proportional limit of the elastic critical component becomes an effective criterion to judge failure of the product. False conclusion might be achieved, if the effect of the critical component would be not considered.%针对易损部件为简支梁式结构,建立了此易损件与产品主体耦合的非线性动力学模型;运用差分方法,设计了该模型的求解算法.算例表明:简支梁易损部件的加速度随梁的长度方向变化显著,梁的中点处应力最大,简支梁的中间位置的最大应力是否超过弹性部件的比例极限成为产品失效的一个有效标准.若不考虑易损零件作用,会得出错误的结论.
