循环经济系统科学理论与技术及实现

     

摘要

循环经济系统是“人-经济-社会-生态”四维一体的开放的复杂巨系统.从开放、高维、复杂、巨量、涌现等性质讨论其整体特性;从生产、物流、消费、能力支撑、社会生活、人工生态等系统分析其框架结构;以微观、中观、宏观和超级的生态学尺度域讨论其时空结构;从清洁生产、多级联结、生态农业、家庭沼气、商业回收等方面探索其运行模式.从集成思想、集成基础、集成体系和集成创新等方面,总结循环经济系统集成理论.基于综合集成思想,制定集成方法战略、构建集成系统模型、搭建集成技术平台,以构筑循环经济系统集成技术.针对循环经济5种运行模式,介绍模型群技术在循环经济系统管理中的应用,以实现循环经济系统集成工程.%Circular economy system is an open complex giant system. The integral characteristics of the system were discussed from the aspects of openness, high-dimensional, complexity, massiveness, and emergence. The frame structure of the system was analyzed from various view points of systems of production, logistics, consumption, capacity support, social life, and artificial ecology. In micro, medium, macro and super-scale ecological domains, the time-space structure of the system was discussed. The circular economy operation patterns were explored with the perspective of industrial enterprises, industrial clusters, agricultural industries, families and society. The integrated theories of circular economy were developed based on integrated idea, integrated foundation, integrated system and integrated innovation. The integrated technologies of circular e-conomy were constructed by developing integrated methods, establishing integrated models and building integrated platforms. According to the 5 typical operation patterns, the integrated technologies were applied to realize the integrated engineering of circular economy.
