In view of a typical nonlinear controlled object,the coupled tank,a variable control quantity design method of the controller based on the dynamic matrix control algorithm is proposed by using the predictive model. The algorithm of dynamic matrix control is verified by computer simulation and experiment, and the results show that the controlled object almost has no overshoot, with only 5 s regulating time. The effectiveness of the controller is excellent.%针对储联罐这一典型非线性控制对象,在建立预测模型的基础上,基于动态矩阵预测控制算法提出了该控制对象的一种变控制量实现方法,并通过计算机仿真及实验对控制算法进行验证,结果显示该控制对象几乎无超调量,调节时间为5 s,控制器具有良好的控制效果.
