文化统计指标体系的国际比较分析

摘要

The paper finds that main cultural statistical indicator systems are developed on the basis of UNESCO cultural statistical framework in the comparison of different cultural statistical indicator systems in the world. Therefore, definitions and classification methods that they use are similar. What is different is that every system has its own distinct perspectives in studying cultural industry, which means every country or area has its own unique feature on the definition of culture and specific classification. In China, the system of cultural statistical indicators also evolves from the framework created by UNESCO, with identical theoretic foundation, but gives more considerations to the accessibility of its historical statistical data in the classification.%通过对世界主要文化指标体系的比较分析，发现不同国家（地区）的文化指标体系都是基于联合国科教文组织（UNESCO）文化统计框架基础上发展而来的，因此，对于文化的定义与采用的基本统计分类方法大体相同；而不同之处在于每个指标体系对于文化产业研究的视角有所不同，因此各国在文化产业的定义与具体分类上有着自身特色。中国的文化指标统计体系也是以UNESCO的框架为基础发展起来的，理论基础基本一样，但在分类上兼顾了中国的历史统计数据可得性。
