Seven kinds of simplex injuries,eleven kinds of combined injuries caused by two wound agents and five kinds of combined injuries caused by three wound agents,which were used to simulate those injuries might happen in deeply buried condition,were investigated with nearly 1200 Wistar rats and Beagle dogs. Various tech-niques of clinical pathology,physiology,biochemistry,molecular biology and morphometry as well as blood gas analy-sis were used to observe these different kinds of injuries. Based on a series of papers on these research,and also combined with the epidemiological investigation on the earthquake and mine accident at home and abroad in nearly four decades,this review focuses on the life tolerance,characters of the kinds and severity of injuries in deeply buried personnel due to disaster and the monitoring of their vital sign,in order to provide useful information for the search, rescue and therapy for those deeply buried wounded personnel due to disaster.%本文以近1200只Wistar大鼠和比格犬为对象,以模拟深埋条件下可能发生的7类单伤、11类两伤复合、5类三伤复合为内容,应用临床病理、生理生化、血液血气、分子生物学、形态计量等技术,进行的不同伤类至全部死亡过程的系列研究报道为基础,并结合近40年国内外地震矿难等流行病学调研,着重介绍了灾难性深埋人员与实验动物生命耐受力、伤类伤情特点及生命体征监测的研究进展,旨在为此类灾难性深埋伤员的现场搜救和后续治疗提供参考.
