应用Fast-fix半月板缝合系统微创治疗军训相关半月板纵裂的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨应用半月板缝合系统(Fast-fix)微创治疗内半月板纵裂的临床效果.方法 2015年6月~2015年12月笔者科室应用半月板缝合系统治疗内侧半月板纵裂患者8例,均为男性,年龄18~29岁,平均20岁.术后采用Lysholm评分系统进行疗效评价.结果 本组8例均获随访2~7个月,平均4.5个月.全部病例疼痛、活动度较术前明显改善.结论 半月板缝合系统微创治疗内侧半月板纵裂疗效满意,能明显改善疼痛、关节活动度,是一种值得选择的治疗方式.%Objective To explore the application of minimally invasive treatment of meniscal suture system (FasT-fix) for longitudinal avulsion on the meniscus. Methods From Jun.2015 to Dec.2015, 8 patients with longitudinal avulsion of medial meniscus were treated with FasT-fix system.Lysholm scoring system was adopted for postoperative curative effect evaluation. Results All 8 cases have been followed up for 2-7 months with an average of 4.5 months and all patients achieved obvious improvement in pain and mobility compared with before surgery. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of longitudinal avulsion of medial meniscus using meniscal suture system can significantly improve pain and joint mobility.It is a worthy choice for treatment.
