Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤患者在修复术后实施虚拟情景反馈训练对手功能的恢复作用

             

摘要

目的 探讨Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤患者在修复术后实施虚拟情景反馈训练对手功能的恢复作用.方法 2012年6月—2017年6月鹤壁市人民医院显微外科诊治Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤患者中抽取76例随机分组,对照组(n=38)在修复术后应用常规综合康复训练方式治疗,研究组(n=38)则加用修复术后实施虚拟情景反馈训练,对两组患者手功能指标(手指总活动度,手指三点捏力、侧捏力、握力和并发症发生率)进行统计学分析.结果 (1)研究组患者的手指总活动度康复优良率是97.37%,与对照组手指总活动度康复优良率84.21%相比有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)治疗前,研究组和对照组侧捏力、握力和三点捏力比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者侧捏力、握力和三点捏力明显高于对照组(P<0.01);(3)研究组患者并发症发生率2.63%,低于对照组的10.53%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤患者在修复术后实施虚拟情景反馈训练,对恢复手功能有积极作用,可借鉴.%Objective To investigate the effect of virtual scene feedback training on the recovery of hand function in patients with flexor tendon injury of the second region after the repair .Methods Totally 76 cases of flexor tendon injury in Hebi People's Hospital from Jun.2012 to Jun.2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group ( n =38) was treated with conventional comprehensive rehabilitation training after repair .The study group(n=38) accepted additional treatment ,the virtual scene feedback training after the repair operation (u-sing the British produced E-LIN).The statistical analysis of hand function index (total finger activity degree,pinc-hing force,pinch force,grip force and complication rate of three points ) of two groups was carried out.Results (1)The recovery rate of the total activity of the fingers in the study group was 97.37%,which was significantly dif-ferent from that of the control group 84.21%(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment,the side pinch,grip and pinch force of the study group and the control group were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after treatment,the side pinch, grip and pinch strength of three of patients in the study group was significantly higher than the control group ( P<0.01).(3)The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.63%,lower than 10.53%in the control group, but there was no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Virtual scene feedback training in patients with re-gion Ⅱ flexor tendon injury has a positive effect on the restoration of hand function ,and can be used for reference.
