The thesis attempts to explore the design and analysis of BargeTransfer Information System by using software engine's method.It narrates requirement analysis,logic design and concept design for data base design .The system function module structured chart is described at last.%应用软件工程的方法对驳船运输信息系统BTIS进行系统分析与设计，叙述数据库设计中的需求分析、概念设计、逻辑设计，最后给出系统功能模块结构图。
