AIM:To explore the causes of pharyngeal complica⁃tions of vocal cord surgery under the support of laryngoscope. METHODS:A total of 64 patients with laryngeal diseases admit⁃ted into our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015, were selected in this study. The operative time and the opening status were recorded and the complications was observed. RESULTS: There were 35 cases of patients with oropharyngeal complications among 64 cases, and the rate was 54.69%. The complications of 35 cases mainly were damage to the teeth, toothache, dysphagia and man⁃dibular swelling, changes in taste, tongue numbness and so on. The occurrence of complications was significantly related to the operative time and the opening status. CONCLUSION:The inci⁃dence of postoperative complications in vocal cord surgery is rela⁃tively high, and the incidence of postoperative complications is higher with the longer opeartive time and the larger opening sta⁃tus, thus the less operative time and the appropriate opening sta⁃tus is the key to reduce the incidence of complications.%目的：探讨支撑喉镜下声带手术口咽部并发症发生的原因．方法：选取2013－04／2015－04在我院进行支撑喉镜下声带手术的咽喉部各类疾病患者64例，记录患者手术时间、开口状态，观察患者术后口咽部并发症情况．结果：64例患者中术后发生口咽部并发症的35例，占54．69％，主要为牙齿损坏、牙痛牙酸、吞咽困难和下颌肿痛、味觉改变、舌体麻木等．并发症的发生与手术时间长短、开口状态等明显相关．结论：支撑喉镜下声带手术后口咽部并发症的发生率较高，且随着开口状态越大、手术时间越长并发症的发生率越高．减少手术时间，选择适当的开口状态是降低并发症发生率的关键．
