针灸推拿结合中药治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨针灸推拿与中药联合治疗脊髓型脊椎病的临床疗效．方法：选取2010－02／2015－01我院收治的82例脊髓型脊椎病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（ n＝41）和观察组（ n＝41）．对照组实施针灸推拿治疗，观察组采取针灸推拿联合中药治疗，对两组患者治疗后效果进行分析．结果：观察组治疗后总有效率为95．12％，明显较对照组70．73％高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗前VAS评分无差异，经治疗后VAS评分均明显下降，且观察组 VAS评分显著较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）．结论：脊髓型颈椎病患者实施针灸推拿联合中药联合治疗的效果显著，可快速控制疼痛感，减轻痛苦，对改善预后具有积极作用，值得推广．%AIM:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine in treating spinal cord disease. METHODS: A total of 82 patients with spinal vertebral disease in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group accepted acupuncture and massage therapy, and patients in the observation group accepted acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine. The clinical effect of two groups were compared and analyzed after treatment. RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 12%, and which was higher than 70.73% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . There was no significant difference between two groups in VAS score before treatment. After treatment, VAS score of the observation group was reduced significantly than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . CONCLUSION:The implementation of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine has significant curative effect on patients with pinal cord spondylopathy, can control pain rapidly, relieve pain, play a positive role to improve the prognosis, and is worthy to be popularized.
