AIM:To explore the effect of new mode of prenatal care on improving the natural childbirth and maternal satisfaction. METHODS:120 women in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were admitted to our research and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. Pa⁃tients in control group received routine nursing, the observation group received new model of prenatal care interventions in addi⁃tion to routine nursing, comparing the nursing effect of two groups. The indicators for comparison included the mode of deliv⁃ery, total labor time, postpartum hemorrhage, Apgar score of neo⁃nates and maternal satisfaction with nursing care. RESULTS:The proportion of natural childbirth in observation group increased after new model of prenatal care interventions, which had statisti⁃cally significant difference compared with control group ( P<0.05) . The comparisons of total labor time, postpartum hemor⁃rhage, Apgar score of neonates and maternal satisfaction with nursing care between two groups were respectively statistically sig⁃nificant differences ( P<0.05) . CONCLUSION: The new model of prenatal care can increase the rates for natural births, decrease total labor time, reduce maternal pain and the amountof hemor⁃rhage, improve Apgar score of neonates and maternal satisfaction with nursing care, worthy of clinical popularization and applica⁃tion.%目的：探讨产前护理新模式对提高自然分娩和产妇满意度的影响作用．方法：选取2013⁃04／2014⁃04我院待产住院的产妇共120例纳入研究，随机分成观察组和对照组，各60例．对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施产前护理新模式干预，比较两组的护理效果．比较的指标包括产妇不同的分娩方式分析、两组产妇分别的总产程时间、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分以及两组产妇对护理的满意程度．结果：经过产前护理新模式干预后，观察组中自然分娩的比例增加，较对照组有显著统计学差异（P＜0．05），总产程时间、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分以及两组产妇对护理的满意程度的比较上均有显著统计学差异（P＜0．05）．结论：产前护理新模式护理产妇能够提高产妇的自然分娩率，缩短总产程时间，减少产妇痛苦、减少产妇生产中的出血量，新生儿功能评分更好，且产妇的护理满意度升高，值得临床推广应用．
