溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响及防预措施

摘要

目的：分析溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响，探讨预防措施．方法：选取2011／2012我院80例体检人员，行空腹静脉采血，分成试管 I 组、II 组，I 试管组中样本进行溶血处理后分离，II 试管进行常规分离，对比两组试管生化检验结果．结果：两组之间对比，I 试管中的 ALT、AST、CHO、CK、TP、ALB 水平明显高于 II 试管，TBIL、DBIL 水平则明显低于 II 试管，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），而 TG、UA、BUN 及 Cr 水平，两组比较无明显差异，无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）．结论：溶血标本可对生化检验结果产生较大影响，必须要做好影响分析和预防，提高临床生化检验项目的准确性．%AIM:To analyze the effect of hemolysis phenomenon on clinical biochemical inspection items,and discuss the preven-tive measures.METHODS:80 persons receiving health exami-nation were selected in our hospital from 201 1 to 201 2.After fast-ing venous blood collection,they were divided into test tube I and II,in which test tube I processed separation after hemolysis, while test tube II processed conventional separation.The bio-chemical test results of two groups were compared.RESULTS:The levels of ALT,AST,CHO,CK,TP and ALB in test tube I were significantly higher than test tube II,while the levels of TBIL and DBIL were significantly lower than test tube II,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P <0. 05).CONCLUSION:Hemolysis specimens have great influence on biochemical test results,and it is necessary to make the impact analysis and prevention in order to improve the accuracy of clini-cal biochemical test project.
