研究生学术道德失范的原因及治理对策探析

摘要

There may be three main causes that lead to graduates’ academic immoralities: First, Graduates have incorrect attitude towards learning, their lack of academic accumulation, lack of morality in academic pursuit. Second, school adminitration ignores students’ academic morality education, lacks scientific academic evaluation standards and render inadequate supervision and punishment. Last, the whole society is under the influence of social impetuous atmosphere, academic publishing market adverse climate and management oversight. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.%导致研究生学术道德失范行为的原因主要有三方面：研究生自身的原因是学习态度不端正，学术积累不足，学术道德自律精神的缺失；学校方面的原因是高校忽视了研究生的学术道德教育，学术评价的标准不科学，监督与惩处力度不够；社会方面的原因是社会浮躁风气的影响，学术出版市场的不良风气和管理疏漏。针对这些原因，本文提出了相应的治理对策。
