安徽省高校基建项目后评价探析

摘要

The post-evaluation of project is an integral part of modern project management system. The post-evaluation of infrastructure construction project in colleges or universities has defects in several aspects such as laws and regulations, thinking and understanding, objective conditions. It is expected to improve the post-evaluation system of infrastructure construction project in colleges or universities, to set up the post-evaluation index system with characteristics of colleges or universities and strong maneuverability, to establish the post-evaluation institution with characteristics of colleges or universities, to clear the organizational procedures of the post-evaluation of infrastructure construction project in colleges or universities, and to strengthen the management of the infrastructure construction project in colleges or universities.%项目后评价是现代项目管理系统中不可或缺的环节。高校基建项目后评价存在法规制度、思想认识、客观条件等方面的缺陷，应健全高校基建项目后评价制度，设置具有高校特色的、可操作性强的后评价指标体系、组建具有安徽高校特色的后评价机构，明确高校基建项目后评价的组织程序，不断强化高校基建项目管理工作。
