我国资源型城市产业转型的策略思考

At present, the resource-based cities are confronting the economic, social and ecological problems. Thus, industrial trans-formation of recourses based cities has become a necessity. Strategy innovations are required for the industrial transformation of resource-dependent city. Specific strategies including the following aspects:setting up the concept of sustainable development and planning the de-velopment of cities in a scientific way, adjusting the economic structure and promoting industrial diversity, Developing circular economy as well as building an ecological city, More policy should be given to support the industrial transformation. And at last, it is essential to innovating the system and mechanism.%当下，资源型城市面临着重大的经济、社会和生态问题。资源型城市产业转型已经成为一种必然。资源型城市产业转型需要策略创新，基本策略包括：树立可持续发展理念，科学规划城市发展；加大政策扶持，创新体制机制；调整经济结构，促进产业多元；依靠科技进步，推进产业优化；发展循环经济，建设生态城市。
