R D投入结构对我国高技术产品出口的影响研究

摘要

Basing on the time series data from 2000 to 2011,the relationships between Chinese R&D investment type structure and high-tech products export are analyzed with the use of the relative degree of grey incidences in this paper. Analysis results show that Chinese R&D three types of manpower, capital investment to the influence degree of the high-tech products export in a recent period.Test development research, basic research of manpower, funding for a relatively large impact on the export of high-tech products.Application research of manpower and fund input minimum effects on the export of high-tech products .Finally the corresponding policy recommendations are putted forward accordingly.%文章运用2000-2011年时间序列数据对我国R&D投入类型结构与高技术产品出口的关系进行了灰色相对关联度分析。分析结果表明，我国R&D三种类型的人力投入、资金投入对高技术产品出口的影响程度存在差异，其中试验发展研究、基础研究的人力、经费投入对高技术产品出口的影响相对较大，应用研究的人力、经费投入对高技术产品出口的影响最小，并据此提出相应的政策建议。
