关于加快铜陵服务业发展的思考与建议

摘要

This paper concludes the conditions on which modern service industry has shaped and developed, summarizes the value orientations on which various cities have developed modern industry, and makes a general evaluation of the comprehensive strength of Tongling City to develop modern industry, on the theoretical analysis of the fundamental connotation of modern service industry. In accordance with this evaluation and successive research achievements, the author proposes the preferred path for Tongling City to develop modern industry with concrete explanation of the path choice, policy suggestions and key supporting measures to effectively safeguard the policies of Tongling City to develop modern service industry.%从理论层面分析了现代服务业的基本内涵，研究了现代服务业赖以形成和发展的条件，归纳了不同城市发展现代服务业的价值取向，并据此给出了对铜陵发展现代服务业综合实力的基本评价。依据该基本评价，提出了铜陵发展现代服务业的首选路径并解说了路径选择的依据。综合上述研究成果，具体阐述了对铜陵发展现代服务业的政策性建议以及保障各项政策性建议有效实施的重点措施。
