浅析我国民营物流企业成长能力培育途径

摘要

近些年来，民营物流企业在快速发展与成长的同时遇到了许多困难和阻力，甚至连生存都成了问题，遭遇了成长“瓶颈”。因此，迫切需要对我国民营物流企业的生存与成长状况进行了解，进而寻找培育其成长能力的途径。%In recent years, private logistics enterprises barge up against many difficulties and obstacles in the rapid development and growth and they are even hard to survive. In another word, they encounter a ＂bottleneck＂ of the growth. Therefore, it is critical to find out the situation and then seek the feasible measures to train their growth ability.
