浅论高校信息公开对档案利用工作的影响

摘要

文章以档案管理理论为基础，运用观察法、实证研究法、经验总结法的研究方法，首次在高等学校信息公开的环境下，分析探讨信息公开对档案利用工作的影响。提出从明确信息公开要求、拓展档案服务内容、提高处理信息能力入手，充分利用高校信息公开与档案工作的互动做好档案利用服务。%Based on file management theory, this article analyzes how information disclosure impacts on files- using in colleges for the first time through observation, empirical research and experience. It also proposes to make good use of files service by interaction between information disclosures and files - using, started with defining requirements, expanding files service and improving ability to dispose information.
