液压系统中液压油的作用及污染原因分析

摘要

一个液压系统能否正常工作,除系统设计、元件制造和维护外,液压油的污染问题是十分关键的,油液的污染将会影响系统的正常工作和使元件过度的磨损,甚至会造成设备的故障。液压工程机械的各种故障中,70%以上都与液压油的污染有关。因此,应对液压油的污染问题给予高度重视。%Whether a hydraulic pressure system can work normally or not depends on the pollution of hydraulic pressure oil,besides the system design,parts making and maintenance.The pollution will affect the normal working system,cause excessive abrasion of parts and even make the machine break down.Among all the problems that may occur on a hydraulic pressure machine,70% are connected to the pollution of hydraulic pressure oil.So we should pay attention to the pollution of hydraulic pressure oil.
