关于加快天津市生产力促进中心发展的研究与思考

摘要

生产力促进中心是科技服务体系的重要组成部分,对促进区域经济发展和科技进步起着重要作用,是实现科技与经济深度融合的主要载体.天津正迎来国家滨海新区建设、自创区等多重机遇与挑战,市科技服务工作进入全新阶段并对科技服务机构工作提出了新的要求.以生产力促进中心为主体,对其发展现状以及存在的问题进行了全面阐述,并对新形势下如何促进我市生产力促进中心的发展提出了建议.%Productivity promotion center is an important part of technology service system. Itplays an important role in promoting regional economic development and technological progress and acts as a main carrier to merge science and econ-omy.Tianjin is facing both opportunities and challenges under the new situation such as the construction of Tianjin Binhai National Innovation Demonstration Zone and Free Trade Area,which puts forward new requirements for technology ser-vices.In this paper,a comprehensive elaboration of the development status of productivity centers in Tianjin was made and recommendations to productivity centers in order to speed up its development under the new situation were put forward.
