The special-shaped structure on the surface of a solid specimen and its non-linear oscillation phenomena occurring with time going on are researched in this paper.Using the theory of dissipation structure,a non-equilibrium transformation model of the oscillation phenomena was provided and its non-linear kinetics equation was discussed.According to this model,results of computer simulation show a good similarity to the oscillation of the dissipation structure.%简要介绍了固体材料表面形成的特殊组织及其随时间发生的非线性振荡现象,应用非线性科学理论中的耗散结构理论提出了这种振荡现象的非线性相变模型,并对其动力学方程进行了讨论.着重讨论了在计算机上运用蒙特卡罗法和细胞自动机法进行仿真的原理及其实现,并测定了其时间分形维数和空间分形维数.
