超滤技术处理高盐卤水中试实验

             

摘要

"Self-cleaning filter+ultrafiltration system"combination technology as a pretreatment process of nanofiltration units was used to treat high salinity of underground brine from ShanDong Ocean Chemical Group Ltd. The technological parameters of membrane flux, washing frequency are optimized by using external pressure type hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes from Tianjin Motimo Membrane Technology Co Ltd. The selection of effect of CEB cleaning for controlling the membrane fouling is discussed according to the theoretical and experimental data analysis. The cleaning agent is optimized. The results showed that membrane flux of 40 L/(m2·h) is the best membrane flux, under this flux, the membrane equipment can keep a long-term stable operation and the water recovery rate is stable around 95%;CEB cleaning effect is good, the equipment has a high stability, and recovery rate is stable for a long time. No algae is detected in the UF effluent, which show the combination technology has a good effect on algae removal. The effluent turbidity water was under 0.1 NTU, SDI15 was less than 3, the average effluent TOC was 11.7 mg/L, this satifies the requirements of subsequent nanofiltration into the water.%采用“自清洗过滤器+超滤系统”组合技术处理山东海化集团高盐度地下卤水,作为纳滤单元的预处理工艺.采用天津膜天膜科技股份有限公司的外压式中空纤维超滤膜,进行膜通量和清洗频率2种工艺参数的优化,根据实验数据和理论数据分析得到了CEB清洗对膜污染控制效果,并且进行小试,优化了清洗药剂的选择.经过一段时间试运行,结果表明:膜通量为40 L/(m2·h)时为最佳膜运行通量,膜设备在此通量下可以长期稳定运行,并且回收率始终保持95%左右;CEB清洗效果较好;超滤出水未检测出藻类,说明对藻类去除效果较好,超滤出水浊度基本在0.1 NTU以下,出水SDI15小于3,平均出水TOC为11.7 mg/L,满足后续纳滤进水要求.
