为提高聚丙烯腈(PAN)膜的亲水性,在聚丙烯腈膜表面接枝超支化聚乙烯亚胺(HPEI),得到亲水性的PAN膜;然后用界面聚合方法在膜表面涂覆一层聚酰胺层,得到正渗透复合膜.测试结果表明:水接触角由64.5°降到23.4°.与PAN膜相比,PAN-g-PEI孔径减小,制备得到的正渗透复合膜水通量下降,由7.4 L/(m·2h)降至3.5 L/(m2·h);反向溶质渗透通量下降,由38.7 g/(m2·h)降至22.2 g/(m2·h).这说明接枝聚乙烯亚胺的聚丙烯腈膜(PAN-g-PEI)亲水性得到明显改善.%The hydrophilic polyacrylonitrile(PAN)membrane was prepared by grafting hpolyethylenimine(HPEI)onto the surface of PAN membrane in order to improve the hydrophilicity of the PAN membrane. Forward osmosis composite membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization on the modified membrane surface.The results show that the contact angle was declined from 64.5°to 23.4°.But the pore size of the PAN-g-PEI membrane was decreased compared with the PAN membrane. The pure water flux of the prepared forward osmosis composite membrane was declined from 7.4 L/(m2·h)to 3.5 L/(m2·h);and the salt reverse flux of the FO membrane was also declined from 38.7 g/(m2·h)to 22.2 g/(m2·h),which illustrated that the hydrophilicity of the PAN-g-PEI membrane was improved obviously.
