腈纶织物接枝蚕蛹蛋白改性

         

摘要

For preparing a modified acrylic fabric with excellent wearability and biocompatibility, the acrylic fabric subjected to alkali weight reduction treatment was grafted with silkworm chrysalis protein( SCP) using sucrose fatty acid ester glycidyl ether( SFEGE) with softening function as crosslinking agent. The structure of the grafted acrylic fiber was characterized using SEM, infrared spectrum analysis and DSC, and the wearability of the grafted fabric was tested. The SEM image showed that the grafted fiber was covered with a layer of film; infrared spectrum analysis confirmed the grafting of chrysalis protein of the surface of the acrylic fabric; and DSC exhibited that the thermal stability of the grafted fiber has little change. The test of wearability indicated that the elasticity, softness and moisture permeability of the grafted acrylic fabrics still kept well, and the hygroscopic property and air permeability were improved.%采用具有柔软功能的交联剂—蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚( SFEGE)将蚕蛹蛋白接枝到碱减量腈纶织物表面,以制备具有良好服用性能和生物相容性的改性腈纶织物.用SEM、红外光谱分析技术、DSC对接枝蛹蛋白的腈纶纤维结构进行了观察和表征,并对服用性能进行了测试分析.SEM观察表明接枝蛹蛋白纤维表面覆盖了一层薄膜;红外光谱分析表明利用蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚能够将蚕蛹蛋白接枝到碱减量腈纶织物上;DSC分析表明接枝蛹蛋白腈纶纤维热稳定性变化不大;服用性能测试表明,接枝改性腈纶纤维织物折皱弹性、柔软度、透湿性保持良好,吸湿性、透气性得到改善.
