为研究复合材料中丙纶(PP)体积含量对板材厚度、截面形貌、树脂浸渍增强纤维的效果以及板材拉伸性能的影响,利用PP作为基体,玻璃纤维(GF)和涤纶(PET)作为增强纤维织成机织平纹预制件,采用层合热压法制备热塑性复合材料板材,并对复合材料板材进行性能测试.结果表明:随着PP体积含量的增加,复合材料板材的厚度呈明显下降趋势,当PP含量超过60%时,复合材料厚度的变化逐渐趋于平缓;随着PP体积含量的增加,树脂对增强纤维包覆和浸渍效果越来越好,但由于增强纤维相对量的减少会导致复合材料力学性能下降.%In order to study the influence of the PP volume content on the thickness, cross-section images, resin-impregnated reinforcing fibers and tensile properties of composite sheet, a plain weave preform was fabricated with PP as a matrix, and GF and PET as reinforcing fibers, followed by hot pressing lamination, thus obtained a thermoplastic composite sheet whose properties were tested. The results indicated that; as the content of PP increased, the thickness of the composite sheet showed a downward trend; and as the content of PP is over 60% , the change of the thickness tended to be slow. Increasing PP content improved the resin coating and impregnation of reinforcing fibers, but led to the decrease of the mechanical properties of the sheet due to the relative reduction of the content of reinforcing fibers.
